Data and account
How to request export or deletion for your account, workspace, meeting outputs, and provider credentials during the current controlled beta.
What you can request
Self-serve account export and account/workspace deletion screens are not complete yet. Until then, operators verify account ownership and handle those requests manually through support.
You can request export or deletion for your account, default workspace, projects, session list, meeting outputs, and Crew Profile configuration. Saved user/workspace provider credentials can be cleared directly from /setup.
- Export requests include account, workspace, project, session, artifact, crew profile, and usage summary data where available.
- Deletion requests first check for active meeting runs. When requested, export is provided before deletion proceeds.
- Provider credential deletion removes or deactivates stored encrypted credential records. Raw secret values are never included in exports.
What deletion covers
A personal workspace deletion request is treated as an operator workflow for the workspace and its projects, crew profiles, sessions, meeting runs, commands, events, artifacts, usage ledger rows, and recruited Crew Network state.
When artifacts are stored in S3-compatible object storage, operators must remove both the metadata row and the linked object. Until full automation exists, this is checked through an operator checklist.
Minimal records that may remain
Minimal operational records may be retained for security, abuse prevention, cost accounting, or incident investigation. When retained, they should be minimized and separated from account content and raw provider secrets.
In shared workspace or future team contexts, data tied to other users may not be deleted by one account request alone. The current controlled beta is handled primarily as a personal-workspace product.
What to include in the request
Include your login email, request type, export or deletion scope, and any relevant session or output URLs.
Do not email API keys, provider secrets, OAuth secrets, or other raw secret values. Operators will provide a safer path if secret material is needed.
